Counter-Notification

If you believe that the content removed (or to which access was restricted) is not infringing, or that you possess authorization from the copyright owner, the owner’s agent, or via law, to use and post the content, you can submit a counter-notice containing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:

1. Your electronic or physical signature;
2. Identification of the content that was removed or access to which was disabled and the location where the content originally appeared;
3. A declaration that you possess a good faith belief that the content was removed or blocked due to a mistake or misidentification;
4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address, plus a statement indicating your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles and confirming your acceptance of service of process from the person who filed the original notification of infringement.

Upon receiving a counter-notice, our Designated Copyright Agent may transmit a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party, notifying them that we might restore the removed content or stop disabling it within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner initiates a legal action seeking a court order against the content provider or user, the removed content may be restored or access may be reinstated within 10 to 14 business days or more, at our discretion.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and relevant laws, we have adopted a policy to terminate users who are identified as repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion. Furthermore, we may also limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of individuals who violate the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there is a history of infringement.
